Terms and conditions

By signing up for or using the Service, you accept these terms. If you do so on behalf of a company, you confirm that you have authority to bind that company.

You need an account to use the platform. You are responsible for the accuracy of the information you provide and for keeping your login credentials confidential.

You must notify us immediately of any unauthorised use of your account.

The available plans and their prices are published on the pricing page. Subscriptions are billed in advance, monthly or annually, and renew automatically unless you cancel before the renewal date.

Any applicable taxes will be added to prices in accordance with current legislation.

You may not use the Service for unlawful purposes, attempt to access other customers' data, interfere with its operation or resell it without our express authorisation.

The information you enter into the platform belongs to you. You grant us only the licence necessary to host and process it in order to provide the Service to you.

You can export your data at any time while your account is active.

The software, design and content of the site are the property of ConstrAllianz or its licensors. These terms do not transfer to you any rights in them beyond use of the Service.

We work to keep the Service continuously available, although interruptions may occur due to maintenance or to causes beyond our control. Whenever possible, we will give advance notice of scheduled maintenance.

To the extent permitted by law, ConstrAllianz is not liable for indirect damage or for losses arising from information entered by users. Responsibility for the technical and financial decisions on each project rests with the people in charge of that project.

You can cancel your subscription at any time from your account. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the period already billed.

We may suspend accounts that breach these terms, giving prior notice where possible.

These terms are governed by Spanish law. Any dispute will be submitted to the competent courts and tribunals under the applicable rules.
